Our waitress provided poor service. She never refilled our drinks, never brought us more soup, and never checked up on us. We were asked once if we wanted more soup, we said yes. The soup was then cold and not fully cooked so we asked for a new one. Instead of bringing a new one she brought us our receipt, even though we were not done eating and had planned on getting dessert, but she didn't even ask just rushes us out. Then gave attitude when we didn't tip. She would've received a 20% tip had she done her job correct. I feel I wasted my money. I feel I would've had better service at a McDonald's! I've been going to this same Olive Garden for 6 years and have never been so disappointed. So once again we got no refills, only one soup, and were forced to pay and leave when we were not ready.
Desired outcome: Honestly I want a refund or something because it was the WORST experience. I’m 35 weeks pregnant I went there to eat a lot and this lady was a [censored].
