We purchased carpet & vinyl planks from lowes Bonney Lake. On carpet installation day they ran out of carpet & did not finish the installation. On top of that the carpet installed in one of the bedrooms had a stain. (White carpet). Next came the vinyl plank flooring. The installers arrived & after removing my all vinyl plank flooring they said the could not install the planks because the floors were not leveled. They left us with exposed sub floors, a mess & our furniture outside & some piled up in a corner. We called insurance & their inspector found nothing wrong with our floors & so did another installer. We waited & days after not hearing back from Lowes we decided not to install the flooring & requested a refund. They immediately came & picked up the flooring & returned it back to Lowes. Lowes has not refunded all our money for the returned item. In fact they’ve paid us back less then what we should have gotten. They charged a delivery fee for an item that the got back & never installed. The tax should have also been refunded & they’ve been nothing but unprofessional in this matter. We paid everything thinking Lowes would do right by us but they’ve been terrible. We want a refund for tax, labor, delivery fee & product. After that we will never do business with such an unprofessional company & rude staff ever again. We did business with Lowes because our long time friend Scott Besicker was a district manager but now that he’s moved on & Lowes has gone downhill. This is my last attempt on getting a fair resolution before I contact an attorney. I worked too hard for my money to be ripped off by a big chain store like Lowes.
Desired outcome: Refund me for labor not done, tax, delivery fee, the room not completed, the stained carpet & merchandise.
