Maaco Franchise

I took my car to Maaco on 7-6-21 and they still have my car 8-5-21. When I took it to get painted I asked the rep. Hanson it they could match the color and he informed me they could match it perfectly and charged me $699 plus a charge to remove a few dents. He called me 3 weeks later to pick up my car. I walked right by my car and when it was pointed out to me I had to check the lic. plates because the color was not the original color I was promised. I then spoke to Hanson who promised they would correct it. Well, I call back on the day he said it would be ready, but they had not even started the repaint. He then gave me another date and I decided to go instead of calling. He (Hanson) was on vacation and the guy I spoke with didn't even know I'd spoke with Hanson and my car was in the back and he didn't even know it was supposed to be painted again until he read the notes. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism, but I did not take it out on the guy who explained why the color wasn't the same, and he (William) promised to correct it personally without addition charge and I could pick up my car today (8/5), guess what? He hasn't even started on it and it was suppose to be ready today the man gave his word! Now he promises it will be done on this coming Monday. I have been extremely patient but I'm beginning to think I made a major mistake choosing Maaco, they lie to your face constantly and I will never recommend them to anyone. Whether my car is ready or not on Monday I'm going to get my car, and they should have to credited me a portion of this $1000 job.
