I called November 30 and talked to a young lady at the n. Valley mills Waco tx cash America pawn. I have been a customer for years... when au gave her my information and she confirmed what was in pawn... I asked her if I go tomorrow to pay on my pawn will I be ok. She. Looked up the information and told me yes. My fiance goes to pay for an extension, and a different employee tells him that one of his items was sold on November 28th and he had to put another item on layaway, because it was already on the floor. The third he didn't have enough to put it on layaway. We only had enough to pay the extension and get gas in our vehicle. That was ALL. We need to remedy this situation, because I would hate for them to lose major business, because an employee is either giving customers false information or doesn't understand how to read the system. There are a handful of employees that are EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would hate for them to lose their job, because of 1 "stray hair." I understand it was a pawn. But
Desired outcome: I would be happy to get at least some kind of compensation. Monetary/store credit would suffice. The newer ones, a probationary period to show that they understand the system, and can explain it in a simplified form to the uneducated mind.
