My mother felt discriminated by an employee named Fernanda at Walmart location 4001 Houston Hwy, Victoria, TX. She needed customer assistance in Spanish, but the employee lied and said she didn't know English then after watching my mother struggle Fernanda then proceeded with "I do know Spanish". The employee believed my mother knew English and started to question my mother and ask how she performs her job without knowing English. There was no reason for this employee to make my mother feel discriminated. This employee continued to ask questions and make my mother uncomfortable and discriminated due to her not understanding English. My mother was so upset she decided to no longer bank with this company.
Desired outcome: More customer service training for this employee
