Very unpleasant experience on feb 2, 2020. afternoon between 1.15-1.45 pm. an old lady serving samples at cheese cake section literally snatched the sample and shouted loud on me in front of other customers that the sample is not ready. there is a polite way of telling that, which we can understand but this behaviour was really unacceptable. didn't get her name but you can find out with the location and the time given above. this behaviour clearly shows her disinterest in her job and showing frustration at the customer, she should be educated on behaving with the customers otherwise these kind of employees can deteriorate company's prestige and reputation. I am working too and never behave like this with the customers.
