8/17/2020 I ordered the heritage ham & swiss at 12:15 pm. I ordered it with no honey mustard, add mayo and a sideof hummas. When I received it, they added the hummas on the sandwich without any dressing. So I went back through the drive thru and she told me to pull forward after stating how my sandwich was wrong. When I got to the window, she told me to park but I reminded that sandwich should have mayo and no mustart, which she replied, okay. After 10 minutes of waiting a man came outside but had the wrong order for me but looking for a white suburban. When he could find it, he asked me what was I waiting for and I explained to him and he left to go get it. About 5 minutes, a customer pulled on the side of me waiting for her order. Another 8 minutes later, her order came out and she drove off. Before I could ask where was my order, the girl went back inside. After another 15 minutes wait, I went inside to look for my order I waited another 10 minutes inside because they didn't start on it. After another wait of 10 minutes, I finally received my order. The man gave me acookie and a drink for waiting so long. When I get home, the cheese was missing and I had a lot of lettuce. Will not be going back to this Midland Store. To pay $10 for a sandwich that is wrong twice, is unforgivable!
