Motel 6

Was first booked in room #108 but the bathroom was literally flooded. Then they put me in room #227, and it had rats in it and the toilet overflowed and would back up with fecal matter. Freaked out, I checked out and slept in my car in the parking lot. I could not find another room at that hour. So I went back inside the next morning because I feel they owe me. I spoke to the manager selen (?) who said I would be refund. Yeah, they gave back $52.13 but turned right around and charged me $55.85. So instead of refunding me they charged me more money. A simply switching me to a better room without rats and a working toilet, and charging me for the horror I experienced because of their filth all of this could have been avoided if fairness played a part from them. I am taking my complaint further. These ppl are [censored] and that rat-infested place needs to be shut down.
