Salesman carolyn fraudulently had two applications run thru two different bank without letting me know which vehicle I would be getting.. After I asked her repeatedly she said "you have been approved for a nissan or a honda a mid size car" I figured that would be ok.. Me and my daughter and my one month grandbaby.. Left huntsville tx around 7am because the air conditioner in the car wasn't working good and I told carolyn "she explained it was ok that we would be leaving in our new car because we had a new born.. Well we got there and stayed from around 8:45 am until around around 3:00pm it was so hot outside just to see her drive up in a kia so small I couldn't fit myself or my daughter and her new born in it.. Her answer was take it or leave it unless you have a cosigner to get a bigger car... It was around 100 degrees and we could not take the baby out... She said if your son would cosign for you.
I'll get him a car too.. So my son said ok.. She said he didn't have to worry about a down payment.. But when it was said and down.. He was going to need 4200. Down that he didn't have.. We had to get in that 100 degrees car with the new born baby and the car run hot on the freeway 😥😥😥😥😭😭the only thing she said is"are y'all going to let the windows down on your way back home.. How could any living human being be that cruel to a newborn and treat us like dogs.. She has been fired from that same dealership a few times so I hear... Lord help us.. She not only did us wrong but the company as well.. So I guess she is doing what they won't her to do but it still doesn't make it right.. I left a message with one of the sales managers and several other employees but no response yet.. It needs to be investigated
