AAMCO Transmissions - Air condition repair

Took my 2008 Ram 1500 in for repair. Paid $1529.71

got it back paid , the new fan that was installed by aamco was shaking badly and now the radiator was leaking because the fan was banging on the radiator and the air was only cooling on one side. So I Paid $900.00 for a new radiator. Now im told the reason why its cooling only on one side is because it needs a Actuator and evaporator , which cost $1900.00 more. wrong diagnosis from the beginning .

Desired outcome: Refund for the radiator leak $918.25 caused by the unbalanced fan. Or replace evaporator and actuator at no cost.
