24HourWristbands.com - Masks

I ordered masks on Jan 20. I informed them immediately that I had to receive the masks prior to my departure to Belize, where I was taking them. My flight was the 17th of Feb, but I had to extend till the 21st. I let them know 18th and then conceded to the 20th. I have called on multiple occasions, used the "Live Chat" at least 5-6 times, filed 15-20 support tickets. Still today, Feb 18th I have zero information on why the masks have taken a month or ETA. When I try to cancel (two weeks ago) they told me it was a custom product and I would not get my money back... clearly this item was not in production at that time and probably still isn't.

As a small non profit, I do not have the funds to order from a reliable company with out getting my money back. So now I head to Belize with out mask. Now the 250 masks are useless to me.

I even offered to come get them to avoid shipping delays! Nothing!

Desired outcome: Cancel or have in my hands by Sunday the 20th...
