Discount Tire

Good Morning to all

I was there at one of your stores on 5/20/23 to have a tire replace and one of the sale person was very rude and he said he was the manager and I always thought always try to please the customers but I was had been sitting there for a while so I saw other cars coming after me getting service done while I'm still sitting there so I go up the desk and ask how long would it be and I ask to speak to the manger and he said he was the manger my thought was who (HIRE) you he told us that he didn't put our order in so another sale person help us and he was very nice I ask the other service guy is the manager and the other service guy said he is the manager I almost fell over but on 5/24/2023 I will have to go back to that Discount and get the tire replace they said it was on back order I hope I don't have any problems when I return that store was TXD 57 142 N Highway 67 Cedar Hill, TZ [protected] invoice 7856772 layaway acct [protected]
