I got a washer dryer combination rent to buy from you in 2022. The issue is with the washer. I have had numerous problems with it since I received it. A repair person was sent many times to supposedly fix it but it never lasted. Times I called and ask for a repair person to come check the washer and no one came. Once I was sent a loaner washer when my washer was taken in to be repaired and it was filthy I had to clean it before I could even wash my clothes in it. Your store in Midland leaves a heck of a lot to be desired in customer service. The Samsung washer has never fully been repaired and still is giving me problems. It will keep filling with water and not stop, not work on any cycle, lock and not open. It simply does not work like it should. The store in Midland sends people over to work on it that does not know what to do to fix it. It is frustrating to be paying for a washer you cannot use. I have reached my breaking point with it all. I just made my payment and I would like for them to pick up the washer and dryer and refund my payment. I do not want to pay another month on a washer I cannot use. I tried to talk to the GM about returning my payment made yesterday but was told he was in a meeting and could not speak to me and they did not know when he would be finished. Really that is the oldest excuse used. I am wanting the washer and dryer picked up and my payment this month refunded. I should not have to pay for something that does not work and has broken down so many times.
