The store at 4330 Winchester Memphis Tennessee 38118. I went ther last week between 8 & 8:30 am. Sign on the door saying Temporarily Closed. Went there today about the same time, another note on the door. Temporarily Closed. I went there one time and even with workers in the store, they didn't open the doors till about 8:45. I seen about 13 customers that had to leave. I stayed because I walked there. There have been so many times in the past that this has happened. I felt it was time to address the problem. Also I would like to know why there are no hand held shopping baskets. It's hard to carry things in your hand when you only have about 3 or 4 shopping carts in the store. I am tired to continue to walk to this store and have these problems. I hope they can be resolved. For the time being I have no choice but to go to Dollar General. Thanks for your time.
