I file a complaint about two weeks ago I guess that I am not going to hear anything about my complaint FREIDA PERRY [protected]@gmail.com IT was about me and asking for them to help me on my house payment. then going to the salvation army at Jackson Tn.they told me on the phone they could help me but I got to the salvation army in Jackson Tn they told me they did not pay on mortgages I can back home later that evening and my mortgage company call me and I told them what I am writing to you .My mortgage company that was not right that salvation army had paid them before on mortgages salvation army would send them a paper to fill out then the mortgage company would send it back then the salvation army would send a check

I went to jackson tennessee salvation army to get help on my .house payment .the lady said they did not paid on mortagaes they could not help me.When i got home my lender s.Pps servicing called me and i told the lender what salvation army told me he said that salvation army had paid them all the time .That the salvation army would send a paper the lender would fill it out and send it back to the salvation army then they would mail the s.P.S a .Check i have work all my life now i am seventy five years old and not able to work no one wants to help mortage company is select portfolio servicing my account number is [protected] my name is freida perry email [protected]@gmail.Com phone [protected]
