Today June 6, 2023 purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle. I waited 3 1/2 hours after they told me it would take 2 hrs. Finally done and paid. Go outside to look them over and the rims are scrapped and chunks taken out of them. Called out the manager he said he would have to call his district manager. Then he said let me speak to the technician. We got it was like that. That is a total lie. You can absolutely see its new damage and the rub marks. I hand was my car and take great care of it. I enter it in car shows. I would absolutely know if there were issues on the rims. Let’s see how long it takes for a phone call.
