There was an little issue with payment which this is my first time ever having this issue. I'm a loyal customer I've been with rent a center for a while now. I have been in and out the hospital with health issues and was until able to work and make a payment. I finally went back to work and just wasn't able to make a payment today considering I did say a few days ago I would be there on a certain date. Things happened and I got called in to work. Marissa got very smart with me over the phone when I told her I was at work . Her comment was stated she cant wait until Tuesday to see me because I wasnt able to come in today and she keep saying she helped me out, was very sarcastic and not professional . I tried to tell her I was at work and had to step out to answer the phone but her and another employee refused to let me explain myself . They was very rude and disrespectful and she was mainly the one getting disrespectful! When I asked her I would like to talk to her boss she refused to give me information to do so. I found this page on line. I'm a nice customer and understand y'all have a policy to go by but if a customer has an issue or something might happen they should at least hear the customer out and find a solution that can help. Besides they gave me a used bedroom set and still till this day they saying it isn't used but they have tape on the bottom .
