Placed an order online on 1.26.21. When the item was delivered it was damaged. Called the local store to see if they had a replacement item to exchange. The store confirmed but when I arrived on the same day they did not have the item in stock. Provided refund for the product and the manager directed me to contact customer service to receive a refund for the shipping on 2.6.21. When I called on 2.10.21, I received the run around stating that store policy dictates that items not be returned to the store if they are damaged and was told there was nothing that could be done regarding my shipping and handling because the item had already been returned to the store. I was transferred around and told there was nothing further they could help me with. I even suggested a gift card for the amount of the shipping but was told this was not an option.
