Sportsman's Warehouse - Guns

I bought three guns for my husband for fathers day...they came in and cleared background check but now due to some issue on THEIR end, I am being denied bringing them home...so they have my 2500 bucks and my guns...this is NOT ok, I am not responsible for someone making a mistake on a PIN number. I asked to just let me bring them home and they said no...I was there twice today and spent over 3.5 hours there while they worked to fix a sportsman warehouse issue.

I have spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this store, but after today I am DONE and they will not get another dime from me

Desired outcome: Let me have my guns which have cleared background, been paid for online and just let me have what is mine. I feel like they are instilling their OWN background or trying to see how mad they can make me
