I went to the Westunion Dollar Tree, to pick up a few items, went ahead and bought my detergent with my boyfriend's bank card. He was there with me. When I used the detergent the next morning after buying it my boyfriend noticed that it didn't look right so he asked me we looked at it and it was diluted with a lot of bubbles it was so watered down it was awful. I also noticed that the shampoo we got was also watered down, upset about the product we had bought and the loss was bad. They should make this right times are hard enough as it is, they have to sell watered down product to hardworking people. Then they ask you for a receipt they never give you a receipt so how are you going to show them the recipe. This is not my first time last month all my clothes got ruined from their detergent I had to replace all my stuff. That is expensive and a big loss.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a refund for my losses it's cost me more than a couple bottles of detergent and for your employees to make sure their selling the correct items thats not watered down.
