Wendy’s

Visited Wendy's August 17 at 3:57 pm. We ordered our food and they were not busy at all. Both of our sandwiches the hamburger was cold and looked as if they had been cooked the day before. I asked if they offered a senior discount and the gentleman taking the order said no, no we do not. However in the past we have been given free senior drinks, but obviously that policy has changed. But, the main issue was our junior cheeseburger deluxe and my husbands single cheese burger were awful. We both ate them even though they were cold and had stale buns. Save to say we are done with all Wendy's restaurants. This is not the only one that we have gotten cold burgers from. This used to be our favorite fast food restaurant. Sad to say, not any more. Usually I don't write these complaints but since it has been the same scenario at several area Wendy's I feel your company needs to address how the restaurants are being ran. Thank you for your time.
