Today I shopped at my local Giant Eagle #5831 & saw that my receipt had a Medallia Survey to earn free Fuel Perks. Was able to easily access the site but as I start to enter the code on my receipt I notice that the store printer has a defect and I can't read all the numbers in the code. There are spaces, but I can't tell if those are missing numbers. Did the best I could, but I had errors and wasn't able to access the survey. Very disappointing since I need the Fuel Perks. Why offer a program that isn't able to be used by all ?

Desired outcome: I would like to be rewarded the Fuel Perks for attempting the survey and having this agrivation. I feel it is important to let a company know if they have a problem that needs to be addressed.
