Family Dollar - general poor condition of the store

I am lodging a complaint against the store located at 2372 cleveland ave
Columbus, oh [protected]
I am a 20 years resident of north linden as well as a neighborhood commissioner in north linden. I really believe it would be better to close this location rather than leave it open in the deplorable conditions I saw it in this morning.
Everything from your employees that do not know how to dress to impress, i. E. Come to work with clean shirts and pants, with shirts tucked in for a professional appearance, to the third world "charm" that one encounters upon entering this special place, left me feeling as if I should take a shower after my visit.
Several times in the last month, I have entered this location to find 50 % of the shelves empty as if an encroaching hurricane were about to descend on this little inland shanty. This morning, there were open packages of toilet paper on the shelves, little to none cleaning supplies, a floor that looked worse than some college area bars at closing time. There was trashed piled in the aisles, opened product sitting on the shelves and several osha violations. Having worked in retail myself, I am very aware of the rules and regulations concerning occupational safety, the safety of a stores customers and hazmat regulations.
While I am not expecting a high end retail experience, I do believe the residents of north linden deserve to have a store that is clean, well organized and most importantly stocked with merchandise. If there are three registers and five employee's with 17 people in line, the manager should have the sense to call one of these employees to the register to aid in the speedy and satisfactory attention to customers.
While it may be easy to tell me, if I am not happy, go to another location, this one is two blocks from my home and I do not utilize an automobile because of the harm they do to the environment.
I will bring this stores deplorable conditions up to the local media, asking the question, is this what neighborhoods with low income get, while your stores in higher income locations are in much better condition with better trained and presentable employees?
I do hope I get a response from this as well as a meeting with the store manager or better yet, the district manager, should they still have a job. If I were a regional manager, this would not be the case.
