I visited a Sonic location and was ecstatic to as I am a fan of the desserts. As I was ordering, I ask do you have strawberry ice cream? I am told yes so I say ok let me have strawberry ice cream with hot fudge syrup. Fine. The order comes out and it is incorrect. I was given strawberry milkshake with hot fudge. I informed the employee who went in to correct the order. I waited 15 minutes, no one came out. I went in, to inform the employee who said give me a minute so I can give you the correct order. 10 minutes passed, nothing. I went by the drive thru and informed the employee at the window, the nice and courteous employee asked for the receipt and tried to rectify the issue. I was given a strawberry sundae. I advised I did not ask for a strawberry sundae but strawberry ice cream and was told there is no strawberry ice cream. All the misinformation and the time wasted was such a disappointment. Besides that, all of my other six ice creams had melted which added to my frustration. This visit was a bad experience.
