My grandmother resides at 159-20 Harlem River Dr #Apt 7C New York, NY. I'm writing this letter because I've been putting in request after request in regards to my grandmothers floor tiles in the entire apartment being re-done due to broken/cracked tiles that never was replaced when she moved in. Every time I call to check on a date on when the tiles will be replaced I get the run around and the ticket is no where in the system. My grandmother who is 90 years old been a resident for over 60 years and always paid her rent on time and never been backed up in her rent. She should not have to be dealing with all the non-sense that's been going on with Nycha for many years. The floors are dangerous and with her constantly tripping will definitely bring Nycha a law suit if she injures herself. I'm at the point where I will be exposing NYCHA to all the news stations because that's the only option I have left since no one seems to not know anything
