Mavis Discount Tire - Manager in white shirt Indian guy

Went in this morning to ask for air for a big tire guy told me they don't have tools for that meanwhile all valves stems are the same
So just curious how do this place fill air in the tires? I was willing to pay but did I had to mention that

I just wanted air from a tire shop and got denied cuz the excuse was no tools.

Desired outcome: Treat people with respect and courtesy this is not the first time something like this happened over there with a regular size car tire
