Burger King - Burger King

Went to Burger Kinger in Horseheads, NY on Friday 7/14/23 for dinner with a friend. The time was 4:30pm. 3 customers in the place at the time. We ordered a #1, single whopper with cheese, fries and a coke, and an order of onion rings.Same for my friend and an order of cheese sticks. What a disappointment to say the least. First it took forever! They were out of coke, any kind and my friend ordered an ice coffee. No ice coffee. Second, I didn't get my fries and neither did my friend. We were charged for them but didn't get them. I thought the soda machine was going to dance across the floor. The burgers were so thin and so much sauce and other things on the bun that the sauce oozed out of the bun making a total mess of everything. You couldn't even taste the burger. Not good folks. We spent $30.00 bucks for that crap. The staff surely didn't know what they were doing. I looked around while eating and the place looked pretty clean. Thats about all I can say about my experience at BK.

Desired outcome: I want my money back!

Burger King - Needs management

I went to this Burger King on 7/14/22. I got in the drive thru line and they stated that their credit card machine wasn't working, so I had to pull around and go in. I got in a line of about 4 people ahead of me. The person working the register also had to fill the bags. When I got to the register, a new employee was trying to ring me out, and he didn't know what he was doing and had to keep waiting for the lady who fills the bags to help him. Their cash register wouldn't print receipts. The lids and napkins were spilling out on the floor. The ketchup pump was out of ketchup. The whole experience took 1/2 of my lunch hour, 30 minutes with only 4 people ahead of me. Very slow service, things broken, and very messy.

Desired outcome: I don't want anything; I just wanted to inform corporate to check on the management there.
