ON 10/7/2023 My wife slipped and fell at 4799 West Henrietta Rd on 10/7/2023 around 9pm. I have pictures no one has contacted me back about the incident including Brianna who runs Rochester Ny. She has told us they are in fear because video is so bad and will not give us a copy of the video. My wife has a VERY severe concussion which is ongoing. We were also refuted medical care by the staff in charge. I’m at seeking medical and financial help, however I am prepared to obtain a lawyer and the media if necessary. I have pictures and necessary video footage as well
