Mavis Discount Tire

January 2, 2018 Mavis store # 7113472 in East Meadow, NY replaced a dead battery in my 2010 Honda Accord with an Exide 35C battery and charged $108.61 on invoice #190075. The entire process took several hours!
On August 6, 2020 AAA had to come to my home to replace the Exide 35C and the tech noted the Mavis battery was extremely small and definitely NOT the right battery for the car.
In fact it was held in place by several bungee cords lest it bounce around and fall out while I was driving!
He suggested I contact Mavis and ask where they would like the battery. He also felt Mavis should chip in on the $166.20 cost of the new correct battery for my car.
I have had that battery in my garage ever since but despite numerous attempts to contact the corporation I have not heard back from anyone at Mavis!

I have sent letters to the Corporate Headquarters but to no avail!

Since the Exide 35C was the wrong one for the car and could have caused great damage I feel the corporation should at least refund back half the original cost and would accept $54.30 to make this bad taste go away!
