I am an employee of Walgreens employee no 4410801 Maura I. Imanil, under manager Mary at 9300 west Sahara Ave Las Vegas 89117 and I have experienced 2 days of hostility with my swing lead name dana. On Sunday, April 17, 2022 I used my store Theatro headset to inform my lead dana that I need a change on my register. Once I relayed my message to her I heard her saying S word ([censored]) over theatro headset, few minutes later she came with a mean facial looks. In another incident I call on code 4 using theatro headset (to collect register 2 money), she came few minute later instead of collecting the money she handed me a $100 bill to hold and she went outside the store. when my schedule lunch came I remind my co-worker Bryan (register 1) that the money need to be collected on my register 2 and the $100 bill is under the register. When I came back from lunch I switch to register 1 because the store bags are easily reach. I was tending a customer on Register 1 when dana came and when she open the Register 2, the money was not collected yet and she accused me of not informing her of the code 4 (but I did call for code 4) and that she does not want to get in trouble and walk away with the cash register tray talking trash about the store. Yesterday 4/18 I message her (in theatro) that I am tending a customer and need a change, the customer decided to used a credit card payment because he could no longer wait but then dana came and I accidentally closed the register tray and that conclude the transaction. my customer saw her facial looks (but I didn't) when she grabs the $100 bill and I saw my customer shrug his shoulder and a body language of "what's going on" and my customer told me "not to worry". I was on my lunch and when she approach me harshly that I was not supposed to be using company time in shopping, I inform her that I am clock out on my lunch. I did not mind if she approach me in a decent normal way but with a harsh tone of voice, that I can no longer take it. (1) scolding me in front of a customer 2x is degrading, not appropriate and also talking trash with a foul language against the store we are employed is not acceptable. I am a gentle person and I am not used to hostility treatment from someone that I worked with. I am experiencing a nervous breakdown, loss of sleep and unhappiness due to this hostile store environment.
Desired outcome: I would like an immediate job transfer to another Walgreen store located at 1180 E. Flamingo Rd.
