I placed a large online order for same day delivery, over $300 for a party. I placed the order and received email confirmation at 12:44, before the cut off time. Order number mik35233562 case number [protected]. My same day order did not come on the same day! I want the same day delivery fee refunded to my card. The manager at the tropical parkway store in las vegas was so rude and condescending that I will never buy from michaels again! I want my fee refunded to my card!
