Panera Bread

This morning I went in with my children for 13 bagels and there was no cream cheese in stock. They even offered to give me a non-topped cream cheese being unaware of the flavor and obviously not caring about it being without a lid. That's like buying a product blindly without any regards to the expiration date and feeding it to my children. There wasn't enough apologies to fix the issue. The manager was well aware and could not accommodate me. I should have just went to Parkerst bagel down the street from my house for fresh bagels and cream cheese.
