Color is different than 14K gold, already fading after 2 weeks.
This company is a sham and not reputable at all, will not replace or refund.
Need to be shut down. Replace, refund, and be honorable. Why lie to customers and steal their money. Do business honestly and as stated.
Desired outcome: Real 14K Gold medal or full refund.
