O'Reilly Auto Parts - Headlight

I bought a headlight for my vehicle in Valentine, Ne and Jeff Kespert that works there would not install my headlight and I'm elderly... The website states that O'Reilly would install it for me but he stated they do not do that. So I bought a headlight and now have to pay someone to install it. I'm very disappointed because now I have to wait to get it installed on my vehicle.

Desired outcome: That I can go there in the future and get it installed
