On 9/29/2023, I went into the Walmart in Zebulon, NC. My purpose for going into it was to print some pictures that I had to develop.
I went into the electronic section and ask another customer where was the clerk? He stated that no one was there, and he had been waiting for about ten minutes. More customers were showing up and asking for assistance. I waved another clerk down and she stated that someone was coming. A male clerk came and told us that they gave him the keys and he doesn't know what he's during.
He did them me that the clerk that work there will be back in a couple of minutes. I had already been in the store for over thirty minutes. When the clerk that actually works that section came, he wasn't very helpful, he acted like he didn't want to be there and he didn't offer any help with the machine I was using. when I couldn't get anything to work, he stated that I was doing it wrong and wasn't offering me help. I got angry and left.
Desired outcome: I would like you to put someone there that are helpful to the customers. I call the Manager of the store five times and all five times, someone hung up the phone. I started calling at 1:47 pm and stopped at 2:03pm.
