Purchased new glasses on 10.15.2019 and was promised that my glasses would be ready the following week on Tuesday. Never received any updates regarding the status of my new glasses, so I phoned in. When I called, the CSR apologized and said that my lenses were damaged and that they will have to order new ones. Huh?! You would think that someone inform me, considering that I am a very busy individual, and I've made personal accommodations in order to receive my new glasses. Not to mention that I spent close to $400 for the new glasses and being misdiagnosed with potential glaucoma. I will not use their services again!
