I am a repeat Sheetz customer who literally go everyday. I usually get cigarettes, gas or snacks and my children order food and milkshakes approximately 3 times a week from the Nashville NC location to Sheetz. On 1/17/2022 around 9:45pm I was standing in line and no one was at the register. The representative working the window told me someone will be with me shortly. After a few minutes of waiting she asked a cook to get Victoria from the back to come serve me. I asked for 2 pack on Newport and she told me she needs ID. I'm never asked because I come often and look well over 21 years old. Regardless I go to my car and get my license and come back. When I came I she asked me to take it out the wallet. I don't understand why she would need it out the wallet and asked her why she need me to this (especially during Covid) while handing her my license. She rudely says it's policy, with my card in her hand not scanning it. I said ok and asked her if she can just scan the card so I can go because it's late. She rudely tells me she isn't serving me and gave me my card back. I asked her why and she said I was rude although all I did was ask her to proceed with checking me out so I can go. She told me she want going to serve me and told me to leave the store. This was unnecessary and terrible customer service and I am very unhappy
