First visit at the AMC (wine & dine) theater in Holly Spring NC, on 10/28/23; 3:49pm and purchased tickets at a kiosk because the man that speaks at the register was only accepting people paying cash. I ordered / paid for 2 chicken tender dinners and was told that the food was to be brought to my seat (the whole reason for going here was for this experience). Well, the food never came and I had to request a refund. I got the refund, the manager didn’t apologize my entire experience was ruined due to this, nobody cared that my experience and time was wasted!
Claimed loss: The wine & dine experience and my time!
Desired outcome: I would like to have visited again and if they had apologized and offered 2 tickets to return or discount on food price i’d return but seems it was treated as buyer’s remorse.
