This is from the store at EFranklin store. Every time I go in that store there is a cashier name Crystal that is very rude to customers. This is not the first time she has used a very loud voice with me just because I had a couple of items in the little green basket.” She would say to me you gotta take your own stuff out of basket and that’s fine, but why would you have the basket in there if you don’t want people to use them, plus she don’t have to be so rude to people. I hate to go in there if she is behind the register.
Desired outcome: Mayb get some nicer person to work.
