Nissan - undisclosed damage on a new automobile

I had bought a brand new 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR from South Charlotte Nissan Charlotte, NC and about a month after i had the car the sun was dipping below the horizon, I was coming out of the store and noticed that the car had damage on the rear bumper about a 8-10 inch in area.Upon closer inspection you could tell that it had bondo applied to ite and looks like a aerosol can was sprayed on the spot and the top of the bumper had been altered and changed the shape of the bumper, when they were repairing it ! the damage to the bumper was NOT disclosed to me and the dealership manager Mr.Steve Suggs agreed to look at it and and told me that he would look into it that was at 7:44 p.m. on May 3, 2012 and the next day May 4th 2012 at 7:41 a.m. i got a call on my voice mail stating that they had NO record of any work being done on the car and that i needed to take it to someone else.I cannot understand that Mr.Suggs agreed to look at it then in the next moment changes his mind? You cannot see thet damage unless you were looking for it.When i bought the car Mr.Richard Ash had backed it in that was alitlle suspicious? And when i was leaving he had seemed like he was in a real big hurry too. Nissan North America consumer affairs said that it was a "sales issue" and that they would NOT doing anything either. The dealership South Charlotte Nissan also had quoted me a price of $25, 949 +tax tags and fees via email. I had got the qoute from Mr. Richard Ash Internet Sales Manager he was my salesman and Mr. Yoshi Hirata Internet Sales Director and when i drove up there was 2 and half hour drive, South Charlotte Nissan had i was there from 1:30p.m.until 7:00p.m. and i had asked for the numbers at least 3-times of the contract, He Mr. Richard Ash siad he would get to that but never did i had to stop the finance manager when he was throwing papers in my face for me to sign to find out what the terms were? The finance person Chad said "you were NOT told thet terms of the contract"He had told me that i was paying $27, 441 that number didnot make any sense that number was NOT on the contract ANYWHERE? I actually paid $29, 313 in which Mr.Ash told me that i only qualified for the $1, 500 rebate not the $750 rebate that didn't make any sense.NONE of this was mentioned in the emails at all.I had been there all day and i have MS and was having a hard time due to the heat.I wanted the car i loved the car and i bought the car reluctantly. They also mad the following mistakes 1)they added a 1, 046 more miles on my trade in for what the mileage actually said.2)Mr.Ash said on the paperwork that the new car had 20-miles but the car actually had 142-miles on it.I found out after about a mile down the road.3) my birthdate was incorrect 4)there was NO auto manual in the car. 4) they ran my credit report even though i specifically told Mr.Ash and Mr.Hirata before i signed the credit run of my credit.Mr.Ash and Mr.Hirata both said they would NOT do that.I wanted to find out what the trade in of my car and what the car was selling for first and they BOTH agreed NOT to run the credit report.5) They didn't sell the car for the agreed upon money i still have the email from them stating the price.6)Nissan has 8-promises to the customer they had broke 6-of them.7) The damage was NOT disclosed to me? This is the WORST business transaction of my life and was the second new Altima i bought from Nissan maybe the last one.Can you help please? Sincerely Joseph Orazio
