Papa John's - No pizza no refund hung up on

Waited for pizza then refund because pizza was a no show and ended up refund is too. January 24th ordered pizza paid for it 10 minutes later got a call too late to deliver called next day said had to talk to manager in Missoula MT so ordered another pizza same card delicious waited week for refund called local store and girl said she did everything on her side and done I said what about my pizza and or money she said to bad she's manager and I'm out of luck and better luck next time because she's done everything for me (except give me my pizza or money back) I asked if she could just send another 23.00 pizza and she said she is not giving me anything and hung up on me the little fat...

Desired outcome: money back she mentioned spitting on my pizza.. no thanks give me my money back!!!
