Wingstop - Charles Mosley #514 Clinton MS

I would like to speak with someone that over Charles Mosley. There was recently some allegations that was made to Charles from a worker at location #514 about me (Jekilriya Lee) a shift lead at this location allegedly I was bullying this worker. When I learned about these allegations. I was informed hours later that Charles stated to the General Manager of this location that I will be giving 2 weeks to get my business in order then after that I will be let go for “Job Performance”. I reached out to Charles because there was no type of sit down nor was there any documentation presented to me about any of this just “He said She Said”. If this was going on why didn’t the worker reach out to the store GM first about this issue. I got no response until December 31 from Charles. He reached out to the GM to inform her that he would sit down and have a conversation with me and told her to tell me to give him a call Jan 1, so he can let me know which Wingstop he will sit down with me at so we can discuss what’s going on. I contacted Charles like I was told and he stated that he’s going to just transfer me to a different location again without any documentation on why I have to be relocated to a different store based off what She said. Charles Mosley did not care to get my side of any of this which it not how you suppose to run things as a DM. Things should be handled differently! I refused to be relocated to another location when I have not did anything nor without good reasoning. How is it okay to just up and move someone just because you feel like it. I’m willing to sit down with whomever to resolve this issues. I would definitely prefer a sit down with the owner, Charles, worker and the GM of this location.
