Last month I was charged a late fee for my unit which should not have been because I have auto pay. They charged a late fee becaues they added money on to my payment for insurance I never agreed to; which brought my payment up, so I did not have the correct amount on my card. This is very unprofessional, and I would appreciate it if someone can look into this.
Desired outcome: I would like the late fee taken off my due payment, along with the insurance payment I never asked for. My bill is supposed to be 36$ a month.
