Over the last year or so we have purchased around $5000 in our local Slumber land. Everything was great until I had a problem with the bed I bought. It was comfortable, but after a month I started getting a pain in my hip. I am 72 and after sleeping with the pain for a few days, that pain started moving down my leg. I decided that the bed must be too soft and I needed firmer support. I contacted the store by phone and they put me off for a week. They said the owner wasn't there. They called me today. They started telling me about a pick-up fee and some other fee that would come to around $170. Then they told me the only way to get my money back (around $2000) was to spend it in the store. They didn't tell me any of this before I made the purchase. The tone of disrespect and how I was treated made me feel like 5 year old being scolded. I feel uncomfortable about even going into the store and have most of the day crying. I don't know what else to say. Thanks, Denise Hendley
