Had flood damage in my home recently. Servpro livingston county, mi sent 2 immature kids to start clean up, unsupervised. They did a horrible job; left debris all over the floors, trashed my carpeting, stained/ splashed up my furniture due to not covering up anything when ripping out flooring? & carpeting, and also they stole several items that were stored in open boxes in 1 area which these particular boxes were dry and had absolutely nothing to do with flood damage. D areas/rooms. When I mentioned the long list of missing items to the owners "child-son" and so called supv, both denied any wrongdoing; gave me no proof even after bragging about their security cameras n tracking methods, all I received was horrible immature unprofessional lip service and no evidence, none (I requested they send me the security videos so I can review) they both became belligerent and rude and hostile and plus hung up on me when I refused to believe them due to given me no proof re my stolen personal items... Avoid servpro!
