We are a family of 6 and have been going to this location for 10 years ordering 2 adults all you can eat soup and salad and 4 kids meals every time and this new Manager Johnny Littlefield is horrible person treating paying patrons with disrespect. He is making sure soup is being served without potatoes and very little salad because we got caught sharing with our 2 years old grandson. Watching everything we do. This is our second experience with this manager. The first time he charged us for 2 extra all you can eat meals because we gave them bites of our meals. We will never return to the Ann Arbor location he is very rude.
