TruGreen - Contracted prepaid lawn service

We prepaid for monthly lawn fertilizer and weed treatments. They did great the first three months and were very happy with the results. The last treatment was July 15, 2021. Thinking they would eventually show up we let it go. Fast forward to September and still no show and the lawn was starting to show the effects of lack of care. Called 3 times before someone showed up only to burn our lawn with too much chemicals.
I have pictures to support this. Not only that but luckily We were home when the technician came as he was only going to do the back lawn. Seeing that he was putting his equipment away we went out and told him the entire lawn was contracted, his reply was "his paperwork showed just the back lawn". I have photos to support this complaint but can't upload them.
