Taco Bell - My whole entire order and the worker that waited on me

January 18th 2023 around 530-6 pm. So I'm headed home to boothbay Maine from Freeport Maine and my 11 year old daughter calls and wants me to pick up taco bell and wanted a few specific things and I really have no idea about taco bell as I do not eat there but maybe once a year. so I go in and it takes a few minutes for someone to wait on me as workers walk back and forth and just look at me and I'm wondering why isn't anyone waiting on me? Finally what appears to be an extremely over weight and disgusting looking women with what looks like open sores all over her face and died hair blue and pink. she steps up to the cash register with mop in her hand sighing and rolling her eyes and I day nothing about that and go rite into asking a question and she sighs again and answers vaguely and seems to be annoyed I'm asking questions about items, menu and prices she sighs again rolls her eyes and I ask if she's ok? She she say "yes" smugly, I say ok ask another question as I'm trying to figure out exactly what my 11 year old wanted and again sighs and rolls her eyes and again I ask if everything ok? She says yes and I ask one more question and she does it for the 4th time and I can't believe she's behaving like this and ask again are you sure everything is ok? She says yes and that's she's just concerned about cleaning her floor and would like to get back to it asap with mop in hand and using mop to point out a few things on the menu and I said "maybe she should focus and work on her customer service skills and never mind the floor because she is extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer"she says I don't need to! I'm thinking wow this women must be twisted up on drugs or something so I'm waiting for my food that wasn't fast at all considering I'm at a fast food joint as I'm waiting she's continuing to be smug to customers and I say to her (cashier) that if she would like to apologize to me for being rude and disrespectful I would consider not making an official complaint and she says no! I wasn't rude and disrespectful! I said oh really what do you call sighing and rolling your eyes multiple times to me the customer that was simply trying to navigate the taco bell menu and asking for help? She gives me a tsssss and rolled her eyes again and sighs and said ok have your way. Then what appears to be an extremely over weight man dressed poorly and sloppy that smells with big thick glasses comes around the corner with a bag and yells 65! I look at my number and it does have a 6 and a 5 in the number but not 65 and I say I guess that's mine and looks at me and grins as im checking in the bag and thinking this must be mine but really have no idea what any of the food looks like and simply trusting they got it right so I head to boothbay Maine were I live and we're my daughter resides with her mother to drop her food off to her and she's extremely excited and grateful that I did this for and thanks me very much and I leave and go home. I am home no more than 15 min I get a text from my 11 year old daughter stating that all her food was extremely spicy and burned her mouth and was burning her mouth as we text and asked if I ordered it extremely spicy? I said absolutely not they must have done that at taco bell for retribution for nothing more than asking if this women was ok and that she really needed to work on her customer service skills because she was extremely rude and disrespectful and asked if she would like to apologize but I don't think they had in mind that maybe a child and my child at that was about to get this food in 25-30 min and obviously thought it was mine because how would they know who the food was for it was to go but no one there looked as if they had any common sense or anything else for that matter and as I'm writing this to you I've asked my daughter to let me know if she gets sick because if they laced the food with extremely hot sauce they were capable of lacing food with spit, poison, feces, slime or anything else at there finger tips and I'm still waiting to here but anyway my 11 year old daughter went without supper tonight and I do not have any means or way to get her anything else because there really isn't anything down this way so she had to have a peanut butter sandwich. with all this said that are absolute facts at the very least I'm requesting this women and who ever made the food be fired immediately and I would like a full refund and taco bell for my 11 year old daughter who is an absolute doll and a delight to be around taco bell as much as she wants free for the rest of the year along with gas money that I will have to spend to pay a visit to the taco bell in Brunswick Maine tomorrow first thing wen they open to address this very thing with the manager and an official apology to myself and my daughter and an apology from the cashier before you fire her and and apology to me and my daughter from the person or person's that made the food before you fire them and then and only then will I consider not taking legal action on this extremely serious attempt to poison myself and or my daughter that the actual food was for, I'm extremely upset and my 11 year old daughters mouth is still burning from the hot sauce and whatever else they put on the food, this is a fast food restaurant that needs alot of oversight and better management and expect my request to be fulfilled immediately as this was absolutely nothing less than an assault on an 11 year old child and these individuals need to be delt with immediately so it dosnt happen to anyone else especially a small child I will be expecting a swift response in a timely manner by e mail and in person meet and greet for a of the apologies from said person's prior to all of them being fired that was involved, thank you for taking my complaint and look forward in hearing from representatives from taco bell.

Desired outcome: everyone fired , each individual that was involved apologizes in person to both of us and a full refund and taco bell free for the rest of the year and an apology from management and corporate in person and be reimbursed for gas
