I joined Baltimore MD Pulaski Highway PF last week on Tuesday 1/21. One urinal in the Mens room had a bag over it and a bucket underneath the other urinal was noticeablly dirty. I came in 4 mornings T, W, TH, F and noticed urinal getting worse. Friday some on spit on the flushing mechanism and I complained.
Next week Monday1/30 I came in now urinal has tootsie roll wrappers in the urinal, dirty yellow stains and pubic hairs all over the urinal, I complained again. Tuesday 1/31 I came in urinal still just as dirty now a puddle of urine on the floor in front of dirty urinal. (to be clear the second urinal still has a bag on it) Today Wednesday 2/1 I come in and both urinals have bags over them.
Very poor considering you call yourself "clean"! Also people in jeans, people lounging on machines, people not wiping down machines, people putting bags and purses in walkways. Do you have a manager at this store? Do they manage apparently not. The Department of Health is my next email if you are unable to properly clean and repair Mens room.
