My mother purchased a bed/mattress in May 2023 and in June 2023 the mattress stopped working. The heating pad stopped working and the mattress adjustments were very painful for my mother. The lumbar positioning is very painful for her because the folds are directly placed on her spine/ lower back and are causing her to have severe back pain.
This company took advantage of an 83 year old widowed woman in pain. My mother was pressured into the purchase and financing with PCI. Promising a much lower interest rate as well as lower product pricing. She was told the system's total cost would be $2900.00, unfortunately she was charged $5430.76. She receives SSI for her disability. (back injury)
My mother was a nurse for 37 years. As a result she has chronic back pain with no relief. She believed the salesperson and had faith in the company. She has called them for the past 6 months requested repair, warranty information as well as possible replacement or refund the inoperable system. She was told by many that her contact has been documented and a representative would contact her soon.
Desired outcome: I would like for her account to be absolved. Please refund her in the amount of $5430.76.
